De training was heel afwisselend tussen theorie en praktijk. Heel praktisch en op een fijn tempo.
Paul vertelt een boeiend verhaal en staat altijd open voor alle vragen.

Wederom erg interessante lessen met een focus op chaxi; op gongfu cha wijze thee zetten met aandacht voor de hele thee ruimte. Ook online veel extra les materiaal over verschillende soorten Chinese thee, taal, kunst en cultuur.

De extra dag was meer dan welkom. Zit te wachten op Japan

I really enjoyed the Intermediate Coffee Roasting course! I especially appreciated the open atmosphere and the fact that there was always time to ask questions and get them answered properly.

A special thanks to Paul for his patience and for taking the time to explain things again whenever I didn’t quite understand something. It really made a difference to my learning experience.

I also really enjoyed the challenges during the roasting sessions. They gave me the opportunity to put what I learned into practice and helped me gain a much better understanding of the roasting process.

I can highly recommend this course and am already looking forward to the next one!

We hebben veel geleerd, er is zoveel meer te ontdekken over Matcha, in de lesdagen hebben we veel verschillende kwaliteiten Matcha geproefd en geleerd over de verschillende soorten en het maken van Matcha. Daarnaast staat er heel veel informatie in de leeromgeving. Ondanks dat ik dacht dat ik al veel van Matcha afwist, ging er nog een wereld voor me open.

De masterclass was zoals altijd, erg informatief. Veel geleerd! Ik had graag de dia’s of een hand-out ontvangen om terug te lezen. Gemiste kans. De docent wist de les goed bij zich te houden, ondanks dat sommige mensen graag zelf aan het woord zijn. Fijne interactie met de docent.

I really enjoyed this course. It was a great experience, and I was surprised by how much knowledge and information was provided. I learned far more than I had expected, and I found the content both interesting and valuable. Only the final hour was hard to stay focus, bc a lot of information was given almost without breaks. But it still was very interesting and I enjoyed the course overall.
Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to pass the exam, bc of the language. Throughout the course, I completed everything in English, and all the course materials and informational documents were provided in English as well. I don’t remember whether I was informed that exam would be in Dutch but it was unexpected.
Despite this, I am very happy with the course and grateful for all the knowledge I gained from it.
