I really enjoyed this course. It was a great experience, and I was surprised by how much knowledge and information was provided. I learned far more than I had expected, and I found the content both interesting and valuable. Only the final hour was hard to stay focus, bc a lot of information was given almost without breaks. But it still was very interesting and I enjoyed the course overall.
Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to pass the exam, bc of the language. Throughout the course, I completed everything in English, and all the course materials and informational documents were provided in English as well. I don’t remember whether I was informed that exam would be in Dutch but it was unexpected.
Despite this, I am very happy with the course and grateful for all the knowledge I gained from it.

Paul was a fantastic instructor, and he takes an informative and realistic approach to roasting while allowing plenty of time for hands on experience with the equipment. Aside from the delivery of the course, he was also happy to share his vast industry knowledge and experiences. The ITC course has reinvigorated my enthusiasm for the industry, and I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in coffee, or coffee production.

Zoals altijd interessante en interactieve masterclasses van Eastern Leaves. Vivian nam ons mee in de ontwikkeling van allerlei ambachtelijke teaware.
En natuurlijk hebben we weer allerlei lekkers geproefd (en gekocht).
Wat is dat opkloppen van theepoeder hard werken zeg! Zelfs als je met twee afwisselde.

Leuke en cultureel interessante ochtend met lekkere thee, maar voor mij ontbrak het bewijs, het proefondervindelijk testen van smaakverschil tussen authentieke kleipotjes en glazen potjes.

Although pricey, Paul's knowledge and experience is worth every penny. Learned a lot and can't wait to book a second training with ITC!
